Plainfield Precision is a diverse TS16949 & ISO9000 certified custom manufacturing company with five production facilities in three countries. Our facilities in the United States, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic service a global list of over one-hundred customers in the medical, automotive, aerospace/military, electronics, industrial, and consumer products industries. What makes us unique is our innovative ability to produce highly specialized insert molded and assembled products that integrate stamped metal and molded plastic components. Our key capabilities include insert, two-shot, reel-to-reel and precision injection molding, metal stamping, multi-slide components, tooling support, pin forming, coil winding and assembly.
Our advanced engineering team specializes in product design, process design, design for manufacture and the layout and integration of metal terminals into plastic applications.

Current Board of Directors
William Brian Kretzmer - Executive Chairman of the Board
Mr. Kretzmer has over thirty years of experience working in senior positions in the technology and manufacturing industries. He has extensive international experience and has served as Chief Executive Officer, President, and Board Member of a number of firms during his career with a special emphasis in leading companies in industries in rapid transition.
He serves on the Board of Directors of Several private and public companies. He is also a private investor participating in several start-up businesses.
Mr. Kretzmer was previously Chief Executive Officer of MAI Systems Corporation, a provider of enterprise management solutions for the lodging industry. Mr. Kretzmer spent seven years earlier in his career in the metal cutting tools industry serving the automotive industry. Mr. Kretzmer holds a BA from Montclair State University and a MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Mark Yung - Director
Mr. Yung is a Senior Investment Executive at Orchard Capital, an investment firm located in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to joining Orchard, Mr. Yung was a Senior Vice President in the Corporate Strategy and M&A groups of Citigroup and ABN AMRO. Prior to his corporate strategy roles, Mr. Yung was an investment professional at JPMorgan Partners (“JPMP”). At JPMP, Mr. Yung focused on venture capital, growth equity and buyout transactions in Latin America and acted as board member for various emerging companies in the region. Mr. Yung holds a B.A. from Cornell University and a M.B.A. from INSEAD.
Keith Wettlaufer - Director
Mr. Wettlaufer is Bruce Power’s Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance and Commercial Services. Keith came to Bruce Power from Guelph-based Linamar Corporation where he was CFO and Executive Vice President of Strategic Development. From 1996 to 2000, Keith was with metal fabrication company AG Simpson Co. Ltd as Executive Vice President and CFO and was later promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer. Keith received his Chartered Accountant (C.A.) designation in 1976, and holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Jonathan Soucy - President Advanced Technology Group (ATG)
Mr. Soucy has over 20 years experience in the injection molding industry. Prior to his current role as President ATG, Mr. Soucy was the Vice President of Operations for PPH overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, engineering development, sales and customer development. Prior to that, Mr. Soucy was the CEO and part owner of Pixley Richards, Inc., a leading global manufacturer of precision plastic components, sold to PPH in 2007. Mr. Soucy spent 15 years with Pixley Richards in various roles as Program Engineer, Director of Engineering, Director of Operations, and eventually as CEO and President in 2004. Mr. Soucy holds a B.S. in Plastic Engineering from the University of Lowell and a M.B.A. from Suffolk University.
Robert Aldi - President Automotive Division & CIO Plainfield Precision
Mr. Aldi is the President Automotive Division of PPH. Mr. Aldi has extensive experience in enhancing operational efficiencies and developing solutions via a combination of financial, operations and information technology management. He served the company as CFO from February 2009 to October 2010. Prior to his involvement with the Company, Mr. Aldi was the Director of Infrastructure Services for Excellus Blue Cross & Blue Shield, overseeing a $100 million dollar infrastructure investment. Mr. Aldi’s prior positions include those of Senior Consulting Director at the Gartner Group, Director of Information Systems at Ontario Bus Industries and Director of Finance at Fujitsu Corporation. Mr. Aldi holds a B.A. in Accounting from Syracuse University and a M.S. in Information Systems Management from SUNY Binghamton.
Richard T. Fogarty - Vice President Finance and Administration
Mr. Fogarty served the company as Corporate Controller February 2010 to October 2010. He began his career working for General Electric where he received specialized training in G.E.’s Financial Management Program. Following his service with G.E., he held Corporate Controller, MIS Director, and Financial Planning and Analysis Director positions for companies within the business services, manufacturing, and software development industries. Mr. Fogarty is a Certified Management Accountant who received his Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Economics from Union College. He earned his M.B.A. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and he holds a Certificate in Client Server and Web Development from California State University at Fullerton.
